Day Thirty-Two: What is your weakness/one food you just can’t say no to?
Hmm…..does coffee count? I love coffee. Although I was bouncing off the walls earlier because I had a venti americano from costa and I didn’t realise that they put FOUR shots of espresso in them! Although on the bright side I went for a run because I was so energetic, and I beat my best time by 3 and a half minutes! whoop!
Day Thirty-One: What are your favorite healthy snacks?
Capsicum, cucumber, celery, tomatoes, sugar snap beans, baby sweetcorn etc. All that type of veg. No dip or anything, although olive hummus is goooodd!
Day Thirty: Do you have rewards for reaching goal weight? What are they?
No I don’t have rewards. I guess when I get down to my UGW I will go on a shopping spree, seeing as I haven’t really spent much on clothes for about two and a half years because I always tell myself to wait until I lose weight….and of course a new bikini!!!
Day Twenty-Eight: Are there are foods or drinks that you have completely banned yourself from consuming, or do you believe in everything in moderation?
I wouldn’t say I have banned myself from anything, but luckily I seem to have gotten over my need for sugar in tea and coffee and cravings for chocolate bars etc. Although I still eat a lot of normal peanut butter on rice cakes so that’s the next thing for me to phase out really. I just tend to try and not overindulge in unhealthy junk food. My theory is, that if I manage to cut it out for long enough that I will no longer crave it. Thing is that I tend to crave it more in the phasing out stages. I just need to retain my willpower! Especially on days when I’m very social and it’s very easy to slip back into old ways…
Day Twenty-Nine: What is your current weight? Have you lost, gained, or maintained your weight since day one?
Ok so I think I have lost maybe around 4lbs since Christmas, but I have lost two inches from my waist! yay! I don’t have any decent scales with me at uni, but I will weigh myself when I go home in two weeks and hopefully the number will have gone down again!
